Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Specialist who can effectively use Logo Netsis and support our accounting operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Processing invoices, delivery notes, customer/vendor accounts, and stock transactions via Logo Netsis
• Recording and verifying purchase and sales invoices
• Managing account reconciliations with customers and vendors
• Tracking and recording bank, cash, and payment/collection transactions
• Supporting e-invoice / e-archive processes
• Assisting with monthly closing activities and reporting
• Coordinating with external accountant/CPA when required

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (preferred)
• Proven ability to use Logo Netsis (at least [X] years is a plus)
• Good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to follow up tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills and a team player
